Links to End-User Lists for Exporters

In addition to product-specific license requirements, exporters must screen end-users to whom they export U.S. goods and/or services. To ensure compliance with all current U.S. export control laws and regulations, exporters must review several databases/lists prior to entering into each export transaction or may wish to subscribe to a service that will search such databases/listsfor the exporters.  In either case, exporters should be aware that there are now SEVEN “bad guy” lists that must be reviewed.  The lists, jurisdictional body and web sites where the lists can be reviewed for free are as follows:

If exporters are currently subscribing to companies that provide a screening service, please contact the service providers to ensure that all SEVEN lists are being reviewed as the service providers may be overlooking the two most recently published lists.
