 Countries Requiring Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) of ImportsAs of April 15, 2008 the following countries require pre-shipment inspection of imports: Angola Argentina Bangladesh Benin Bolivia Burkina Faso Bumndi Burundi Cambodia Cameroon Central African Republic Colombia Comoros Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa) Cote d'Ivoire Ecuador Ethiopia Ghana Guinea India (only for certain steel products) Indonesia (only for some steel and waste products) Iran Kenya (under review) Kuwait (must contain a "certificate of conformity" for a small number of products) Liberia Madagascar Malawi Mali (under review) Mauritania Mexico (for a variety of goods such as shoes, textiles, steel, and bicycles only if they do not qualify for NAFTA) Moldova (under review) Mozambique Niger Nigeria Paraguay Peru Philippines Rwanda Saudi Arabia (must contain a "certificate of conformity" for a small number of products) Senegal Sierra Leone Somalia Suriname Tanzania (Zanzibar only) Togo Uganda Uzbekistan Venezuela Zambia Zimbabwe
