What is the master agent agreement service?

A service in which our firm prepares for a particular client a master agent agreement that can be modified as needed on a country by country basis. This service requires the clients to complete our proprietary 12-page questionnaire that requests information from the clients relative to the terms and conditions to be prescribed in a master agent agreement. The clients incur the largest expense in our development of the master agreement. The modifications to the master agreement on a country by country basis can be made without a great deal of additional expense.

Who are the users of this service?
Companies (small to large) that have at least one agent selling their products in a foreign market.

Requirements
Clients are required to complete our proprietary 12-page questionnaire which asks the clients for information on the clients' products and on the clients' intended agent arrangements. By completing the questionnaire, the clients reduce the time our firm has to spend in the drafting the master agreement. This means reduced fees for the clients.
