What is the Monitoring Service for State Department Registration?

Our firm keeps a tickler file on the dates when our clients' State Department Registration Statements are scheduled to expire. State Department Registration Statements generally expire four years after the initial registration date. Our firm monitors the tickler file and advises clients approximately 90 calendar days before a client's State Department Registration Statement is to expire. Upon notification from our firm that its State Department Registration Statement is close to expiry, our client can register anew, if desired or let its State Department Registration lapse.

Who are the users of this service?
Companies (small to large) that are required to register at the State Department.

Requirements
Clients must give our firm executed copies of their initial State Department Registration Statements.

Benefits

  • Clients don't have to keep track of their State Department Registration Statements.
  • Clients don't have to worry about their State Department Registration Statements expiring.
  • Clients do not have to worry about disruptions in the State Department's processing of their State Department License Applications.
